Allagash, Maine

Hey Posse. I am headed out at 4 am tomorrow morning to make a long journey to Allagash, ME. What a beautiful region up there. Packing up the T/C Pro Hunter with the muzzleloader barrel to hopefully lock the sights onto a big northern Maine buck. People think I'm nuts for using the T/C but I'm taking my inspiration from Jim Shockey. This is going to be a tough trip for me. My buddy Dean who just recently passed away always went with me on this trip. Not going to be the same but I will do all our traditions as if he was there. He's in my heart. I'm going to try to get the big one for you buddy. Dean actually was a member of the Maine's Big Buck Club. A deer has to be over 200lbs. Dean got a beautiful 8 point that weighed in at 218 dressed. I've got to get a patch now. Well posse, whatever it is you do, do it loud and posse proud. God bless.

Talladega Race

Wow. The end of the race was something wasn't it. Had an unexpected winner though so that was cool. Not sure if him or his crew chief have a job next year though unless they find a sponsor. There is talk that Bass Pro Shops may pick him up. That would be cool. Winning Talladega should give him an edge. Redneck Posse is still in Talladega for one last day. We are located in front of the Grand Stand Campground. Remember you can't find our brand in the stores yet. We go out and interact with our posse members and we have the online store. Christmas is coming, order some apparel. Take care posse.

Talladega

What's up Posse. We have landed in Talladega. We are setup in the area of the hall of fame on speedway boulevard. Already had a lot of positive feedback and the crowd hasn't really started rolling in yet. Cool to meet new posse members. Remember live it loud and posse proud.

Headed to Dega Baby

Posse 1 will be headed out tomorrow to make the journey to Talladega, AL. Hopefully we have gotten rid of all the mechanical issues as of late and things will go off without a hitch. Probably a bad choice of words. Looking forward to seeing all our Posse members in Dega. You know we'll be livin loud and Posse proud. See you soon Posse.

Minor Setback

Hey Posse. Had a minor setback. The alternator in the beast that tows Posse 1 froze up and took out the belt too. Going in the shop today. Hopefully will be back up and running by tomorrow. Haven't had any luck in the deer woods yet, hopefully soon. Well that's about it for now. Later.

Posse 1

Hey everyone. It is done. Posse 1 was completed yesterday. New windows, awning and peg board installation. We should be hitting the road very soon. Stay posted on the website as to where we will be heading. We want to give a shout out to all the posse members at Lucky's Trailer Sales in S. Royalton, VT for the fine work they did on Posse 1. It turned out great. They are a bunch of wonderful people over there. Thanks again for all your hard work. We still have a little bit of our own customizing to do to make it our personal style but that is the fun part. Hope to see all our posse members out and about at the different locations. Until then posse, live it loud and posse proud. God bless.

Bow Season/Friends Birthday

Hey Posse. Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone who is going to be in the woods tomorrow for the opening of bow season here in Vermont. Be safe, alert and have fun. Tomorrow is the birthday of my friend who just recently passed away so the opener of the season is going to be difficult for me. I'm going to sit in the treestand and reflect back on all the good times we shared together. Dean was a posse member in the truest sense. He loved the great outdoors and the brotherhood that came along with it. I'm going to try to put one on the ground for you Dean. Happy Birthday buddy. I miss you so much. Take care posse.

In A Rut

Hey Posse. Just wanted to apologize for not posting in awhile. I have been in a rut as of late, plus we have been extremely busy. We hopefully will be out on the road in a couple of weeks hitting the Nascar circuit. Work is being done to our new vending trailer and just waiting for its completion. You can check out a picture of the trailer on redneckposse.com under the redneck moments section. Also deer season is right around the corner. I haven't even done any scouting yet. Hopefully I can at least get lucky. Oh well if not there is always next year, God willing. Well that's it for now. Take care posse.

Posse On The Move

Hey Posse. Sorry it has taken so long to post something new. We have been having a very busy summer. We have just purchased a 42ft car hauler we are modifying with windows and awnings and also a used 1 ton diesel to haul it with. We hope to get out on the road soon so we can have more interactions with our posse members. Also want to note that now is the time for the local posse members to pick up their Redneck Posse attire for the upcoming Bill Engval show at the Vermont State Fairgrounds on Sept. 11. Hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Remember Posse, live it loud and Posse proud. God bless.

Rietta Ranch

Hey Posse. Just want to give a shout out to all our posse members who came on out to support Redneck Posse this past weekend at Rietta Ranch in Hubbardston, MA. Started off kind of rough with the weather but it ended up turning into a great day. I have such a burn on my neck now I know where the term redneck came from. Want to give a special thanks to the posse members who are like family to me for coming out to see us. They are Duane, Carol, Bobby, Billy, Isaac, Helen, Earle, Ero, and Babe. This is a great group of people who are near and dear to our heart. Also want to thank Duane and Carol again for the great weekend leading up to the big sale. We had a blast. Also there is a new picture on the site of one of our happy customers who bought a helmet at the flea market, and a new "your suggestions". Until next time posse, live it loud and posse proud.

Rietta Ranch Flea Market

Hey all. Redneck Posse will be hopefully heading to Hubbardston, MA this coming weekend to setup at Rietta Ranch flea market. This is supposed to be one of the largest flea markets in the NE. We encourage all our posse members out there to stop on by and check us out and introduce yourselves. Want to give a special shout out to our friends and fellow posse members Duane and Carol for their hospitality. With them it is always a great time. You can be sure some horseshoes will be flung, something will be shot up, someone will come close to falling into the fire and I will drink some firewater with our good friend Ero. Take care posse.

Tribute To Dean L. Blyther

My nearest and dearest friend has passed away. Dean has taught me many things in life such as integrity, loyalty, dedication and a strong work ethic among many things. He lived every day the way he wanted and at his own speed. He was a man who enjoyed life even when faced with difficulties. He always found the positive in things. That is what I am trying to do. He is the reason I will carry on without him. It is going to be so hard though because half of me died too. Our personalities complimented each other. We often called ourselves Fric -N- Frac. When the two of us were together we usually had people in stitches. I often told him we were twins separated at birth (except for the age difference) then reunited when I got a little older. We would often finish each others sentences and often knew what each other was thinking. He was my hunting partner, fishing partner, and goofing around partner. Dean, I am going to miss you so much. My heart is breaking and I would give anything to get you back. I'm not going to say goodbye but I'm going to say that I love you and wish you rest my friend and I will quote once more from you, "keep it in your sneaker". I love you buddy.

LCI Father's Day Derby

Hey all. Redneck Posse will be competing in the LCI Father's Day Derby this weekend. Weather is supposed to be kind of crappy but hopefully we can hang in there and catch some big bass. If not we will change gears and bottom fish for a huge channel cat. Hope all our posse members are out there enjoying the great outdoors in some capacity. Rememember, we be livin loud and posse proud.

Vermont Special Olympics

Hey Posse. Just got back from a great weekend in Burlington, VT where the VT Special Olympics was held at the University of Vermont. Want to give a huge shout out to all the athletes who participated and all the volunteers and organizers who made this weekend a big success. Also a special shout out to all of the law enforcement personnel who participated in the torch run and other activities during the weekend. If you have never attended these events, you should. There are very few things in this world that still warms the heart and this is one of them. May God bless all the athletes and their families. These Posse members were defininately livin loud and posse proud this weekend, as they should've been. Take care posse.

Howdy Posse

No we didn't die. Just been out straight. Also been trying to enjoy the few days of decent weather we have had. Actually been out on the motorcycles quite a bit. We have 2 swap meets under our belts and a few charity rides. We are also members of the Christian Motorcyclists Association and that keeps us busy too. We are going to be visiting Rietta Ranch Flea Mkt in Hubbardston, MA pretty soon, received an invitation to the annual Bluegrass Festival in Brandon, VT and we may setup at the Killington Classic Motorcycle Event in September. Plus we are going to try to hit some of the Nascar circuit. Hope to see some of our posse members out at these events. Remember, live it loud and Posse proud.

Shout Out

Just wanted to give a shout out and congrats to Posse member Mike from Stowe for taking an 18lb longbeard this past week. What a beautiful bird. He had to work for this. Up in Stowe where he hunts these aren't field turkeys, they are mountain turkeys. Great job Mike.

Posse Members Des and Elijah

Just wanted to let all you Posse members know that 2 of my grandbabies took and passed their hunter safety course. We are going to go out and try to get some longbeards this coming weekend on youth weekend. I have to admit I've never turkey hunted before so I am going to be calling for the kids for the first time. Hope I don't draw in a bobcat or something. Congrats Des and Elijah.

Swap Meet

Hey All. Just wanted to say thank you for all the posse members who came out to support Redneck Posse at yesterdays swap meet. We had a lot of positive response. Can't wait for our next event.

Hunter Safety Education Course

Hey Posse. Just want to give a shout out to some wonderful volunteers who gave of their time to hold a hunter ed class in our area. These people are busy like everyone else but still set aside time to teach this class. I for one am thrilled. My granddaugter Destinee and grandson Elijah both took the class and I have to say that they have learned a lot of information in the past few days. This is one of the better classes I have attended. So the thank you shout out goes to; Martin VanBuren (Mart's Sporting Goods), Marcy VanBuren, Howard Carkin and last but not least, Chris Pritchard. It was great to see Chris's eyes light up when talking about some of the best hunts he had been on, some of which included when he didn't get any game. Again, we thank you folks for your time and your patience. God bless.

Redneck Posse Now On Facebook

Hey Posse. We now have a profile on Facebook. Already picked up a couple of fans. We are fairly new but we are getting out there and becoming quite popular. We also have some original ideas for t-shirts and bumper stickers now available at the storefront. Be sure to check them out. Just recently signed up for a bow league, bought 2 new handguns and last week shot a .410 I've had for years. I haven't shot it in about 20 years but took it out of the closet and went and had some fun. We are gearing up for the swap meet on the 19th at Royce Mandigo Arena in Rutland, VT. Should be a great time. Hope you can all turn out. In case I'm not back on the blog for awhile, Happy Easter to all our Posse members out there. God bless.

Posse Member Destinee

Just want to wish our granddaughter and Posse Member Destinee a very Happy Birthday today. Hope you have a fun filled day. We love you.

Posse Member Chris

Just want to wish posse member Chris a safe trip as she travels around the world with a friend. Have a great time.
Hey Posse. Just got done doing a bunch of paperwork and inventoring. Looking forward to our upcoming events and hopefully some warmer weather. Looking forward to getting the motorcycles out for a tour also. Winter has been too long. Pretty soon it will be mud season and then the fun will really start. Some of the guys around here go absolutely nuts. They don't even bother to wash the rigs off after. They drive around for weeks caked in mud and all you can see through the windshield is a little peek hole for the driver. They don't care if the passengers can see. Part of the fun. Well gotta go and do some runnin around. Take care posse and remember, live it loud and posse proud.

Upcoming Events

Hey Posse. Just a quick note to let everyone know that we will be setting up a booth at some local swap meets in our area in April and May. Check http://www.redneckposse.com for the dates. Also just wanted to encourage everyone due to the economy. Just be faithful with what you have and everything else will fall into place. Remember, your blessings come from God not the government. He is in control. On another note I've created a new bumper sticker for those who don't buy into the global warming theory. It is pretty cool. You can check it out on our online store. I also have a couple of original ideas for t-shirts in the works. Check back often. Well posse hang in there. God bless.

Daytona 500

Hey everyone. Just a little input about the race yesterday in Daytona. I guess there is alot of controversy about how the race was ended. I'm leaning towards Nascar's decision. I of course would've liked to see someone go across the line and get the checkered flag but if you go the other way and finish the race the following day that gives the drivers a chance to rest. Part of the racing in my mind is not only physically tiring but mentally. A driver getting back into a car fresh would take away from the overall experience as a fan. That is of course my own personal opinion. I also want to say that I thought it was cool that some new guys without official sponsors qualified and were able to run in the race. I like that fly by the seat mentality. Well posse gotta run. Keep er loud and posse proud.

Hey Posse

Just wanted to touch base. Things have been hectic but in a good way. We are still gearing up for the upcoming Nascar season and other local events. It has been extremely cold and nasty here in Vermont. Winter is too long. I'm having withdrawals from not being able to hunt. I have never turkey hunted before but I think I'm going to give it a shot this year if time allows. I have changed the website around a bit. I'm slowly learning the software I used to build the site. I added a form so my posse members could send along their suggestions on what makes them a member of the posse. I also changed some of the button in the store section. Customized posse style. I also became a member of Ted Nugent's website. I encourage anyone who cares about the second amendment to join this site and/or the NRA. I have a sneaky suspicion that the current administration will be chipping away at our individual rights one at a time. I am not a smoker but a town in CA has banned smoking in your own home and in NY Mayor Bloomberg has said he would like to see table salt regulated. This should not be the governments job. Well enough about that stuff. Get outside and live it loud...and posse proud. God bless posse.

We're Still Here

Hey everyone. Just wanted to let you know that we are still here. We have been out straight gearing up for the upcoming Nascar season. Between that and our other jobs we haven't had much time to sit down at the computer for any period of time. Usually just enough time to take care of orders through our online store then back to work. It has been extremely cold up here in the North (-5 this morning). Looking forward to some time on the road in the south. Could use a little warmth. We look forward to seeing all our Posse members we've met so far. We want to thank you for the many calls and emails we get from you all. I'm glad to see that my dream for this company is coming to fruition. We want this to be a brother/sisterhood. We want to build relationships. We want to give a shout out to a couple of Posse members who keep in regular touch. Gene from Talladega and Brenda and family from the same area. I can never remember the name of her town. That's an age thing. Well Posse, gotta run. Happy New Year. God bless.
