Youth Hunt

Hey all Posse. This coming weekend is the Vermont youth hunting weekend. We've got quite a few trail cam pics of some deer that we would like to take. Finally got some bucks coming around checking out the mock scrape I set up near the treestand. Hopefully my granddaughter can have an opportunity to fill her tag and put some meat in the freezer. I'm just glad she still wants to get out and give it a try. Most kids these days want to hang on the couch and play video games. She will be using my Thompson Center Encore Pro hunter with the .243 barrel. She is only going to have the one shot but with my instruction that's all it should take.
